Our 2011 Dry Riesling starts with super ripe melon with hints of lemon and spice. Slight floral deep in the nose. Ripening peach in the mouth turns to green apples skins with a touch of mineral. Slight orange blossom, dipped caramel apple essence with lemon-lime spikes throughout this complex wine. Vintage 2011. 100% Riesling grapes. R.S. .08%

After staying at the Castle and sampling the 2010 Belhurst Dry Reisling; We had to order a case for home. Love the flavor, compliments any meal. Will order agin.
