Over a century ago, a pair of Golden Pheasants graced the lawns of Belhurst and were the prize possession of Carrie Collins. So beautiful were these Pheasants rumored, people would travel from miles away just to take a gander. Golden Pheasant is a luscious crisp semi-dry blend of Seyval and Chardonnay, has a nose filled with candied pineapple, sweet flowers and a touch of wet stone. A luscious mouthfeel of peaches, and key lime. The finish is long with hints of prickly pear, lime zest and more peach! 1.3% R.S.
