Over a century ago, a pair of Golden Pheasants graced the lawns of Belhurst and were the prize possession of Carrie Collins. So beautiful were these Pheasants rumored, people would travel from miles away just to take a gander. Golden Pheasant has a nose of juicy peaches with essence of white flowers, opening up to banana and ripe pineapple. Honeysuckle and more peach in a rounded body are on the palate with floral, mineral, and citrus finish. 1.5% R.S.
